To make lasting change consistency is key. Small, incremental changes over time are easier to sustain than drastic ones.
Drastic changes / massive action
Drastic changes and massive action can come about when you are inspired. The trick is not to go back, to go from 100 to 0 again.

Weaponize moments of inspiration to take massive action / drastic changes which can INCLUDE making a decision to be consistent. If you are not yet consistently doing something that’s the first step. If small changes are all that you can take to start being consistent that’s the way to start. Drastic change can jump start your battery into getting started though, and if you’re already consistent in an area, throwing in routine periods of massive action is of great benefit. For example if you read 10 minutes daily, start reading for 2 hours on Sundays. It will change your belief about how much you can read and help you move from 10 to 15 minutes daily easier, if that’s your goal.
