Several times I’ve emotionally felt my life was over, and several times I physically was saved from my life being over. I didn’t get it perfect before then. I made mistakes, hurt people, and didn’t fully live up to my potential.

The present is a second chance. There is liberation in your second life. Perfect didn’t happen, it’s not on the table any more. What’s left is to make the most of this moment, to give and to love and appreciate.
