When you clean the bathroom mirror, you start to notice that when you floss you are flicking food back onto it. It’s important for all of us to clean the mirror at least once, to understand. We can probably make a change, like aiming downward into the sink when we floss (disclaimer: I’m not actually sure what proper flossing technique is).
We value what we’ve built and maintained, and to some degree what we’ve bought. The car you cleaned yourself looks very clean indeed. You’ll always notice that tile you picked out for the bathroom.
What are you taking care of and paying attention to? What is calling out for your attention, begging to be appreciated?
Cultivate excellence. The benefits compound. Build from the ground up, brick by brick, actively asking and trading effort to make everything in our lives better.
