Time and Energy

One a scarcity, something to be defended, carefully allocated. Non-renewable, although more can potentially be acquired through healthy habits.

The other can be generated, cultivated with our lifestyle. Can be built with momentum- fueled by thoughts and intentions, followed by action.

What can you do today to make your time matter? Are you spending it with the right people, doing things that matter to you? I challenge you to think of one person you want to be around today and getting near them. Appreciate that time – say or do something important to you.

For energy what can you do to compound it? My morning practice includes a cold shower and some exercise right now, just a few jumping squats before the shower. It’s more powerful than the coffee I enjoy later on. What can you do to jumpstart your day today?
