What are you capable of being today?
Better than yesterday.
Or, don’t link it to yesterday. Just be the best you can be in the present. Yesterday contributed to where you are today and what skills you have, but it doesn’t have to be the measuring stick. Today is a new day – give it all you have to offer, and let it do the same for you.
What small thing could you do to help make today incredible? Go for a walk, smile and say good morning to a stranger. Call a loved one. Do some exercise. Write a sentence about what you want for your day.
Today is waiting for you – get after it!
