Seemingly small practices have an enormous impact on our quality of life. Staying consistent in a positive habit is powerful even if it doesn’t seem significant or you aren’t spending a great deal of time, energy or effort on it.
The consistency grounds us and tells our subconscious that we do what we say we do, we are always building and improving, and that life gets better as time passes. It builds a muscle.
Don’t underestimate the compounding affect of small habits overtime. We are what we do consistently. this conversely tells us how important it is not to feed negative habits even if they feel small.
Eat healthy food. Exercise. Feed your mind. Think high-quality forward looking thoughts. Feel love. Give.
Then wake up tomorrow and do it again.
