Sometimes I get frustrated when I find myself overeating, and wonder why I don’t seem learn the lesson to not eat too much.

I wonder though – did I eat too many servings and the unnecessary dessert because I couldn’t help myself? Because I love to keep eating? Or, is it because I didn’t work out?

When I work out, I find it much easier to avoid overconsumption. You are on a healthy high and want to keep it going.

Maybe we should spend less time thinking about what we’re trying to avoid and more time pursuing what we want to move towards.
